Chia Puddings are one those things that can be enjoyed any time of the day. Be it at breakfast, snack time or dessert. Its my go to mini meal that really satisfies my hunger pangs and I know I’ve treated my body well with it. Making the Chia pudding itself is extremely easy. All you have to do is mix it with your choice of nut milk / milk / yogurt and if needed sweetened lightly with maple syrup / honey / coconut sugar or stevia. Pair it with some fresh fruits or with a smoothie and you got yourself a healthy meal Adrian Cheng.
